Luxury new development in the coastal resort of Golden Sands - the largest on the Northern Black Sea coast. The resort is located 17 km from the city of Varna, in the north part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera. It has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag international ecology prize several times.
Almost the entire coast along the resort falls within the boundaries of a natural park, which stretches over 1,320 ha. The area is famous for a unique combination of a calm and warm sea, wooded slopes descending to a beach, covered with fine golden sand, and mineral springs.
The natural conditions favour bathing and basking in the sun from May trough October. The average daily temperature in July and August is 27°C, water temperature 24°C. The beach strip is 3.5 km long and up to 100 m wide.The curative mineral springs were known already to the Thraciains and the Roman Caesars.
The complex includes 134 apartments, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with areas between 40 and 120 sq. m., most of them with views of the sea.
